Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate

Our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation team is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation associate who is looking for an opportunity to grow their skills and experience through close team collaboration, pro bono opportunities, and mentoring. The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience in the design and administration of qualified and non-qualified retirement and other ERISA-covered plans, including 403(b) plans, health and welfare plans, multiemployer plans and executive compensation arrangements. Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act is helpful. Candidate should have excellent technical, professional and client service skills. In addition, excellent academic credentials, along with excellent written and oral communication skills and a strong work ethic are required. Employee Benefits Law Certificate is desirable. New Jersey Bar admission is also required.
