Brad Gallant Speaks at Connecticut Bar Association on Wealth Transfer Planning

February 27, 2015

On February 27, Brad Gallant will be a presenter at a Connecticut Bar Association CLE program, "Wealth Transfer Planning: Tax and Medicaid Implications CLE." Brad will be speaking on issues in planning for and coping with diminished capacity and incapacity including conservatorships, powers of attorney, and heath care directives. He will also be speaking on ethical issues in advising clients with diminished capacity and recent health care developments such as Physicians Orders on Life Sustaining Treatment ("POLST").
