CT Rules of Professional Conduct: Avoiding Discipline & Malpractice

On February 2, Brad Gallant will speak at The Connecticut Bar Association's CLE, "CT Rules of Professional Conduct: Avoiding Discipline & Malpractice." Brad will be speaking on representing clients with diminished capacity. The panel also will discuss lawyers' ethical responsibilities in communications, and in interactions with opposing counsel; ethical considerations at the beginning of an attorney-client relationship and now to comply with IOLTA rules.
