Elizabeth Latif will be a featured speaker at the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Boston Chapter's 56th Annual March Workshop on March 8, 2017. Latif will present a session titled, "The False Claims Act After Escobar: A Three Part Test," which is about the decision in Universal Health Services, Inc. v. United States ex rel. Escobar, in which the Supreme Court provided a new framework for assessing false certification liability under the False Claims Act.
