What Every ACTEC Fellow Needs to Know About Special Needs Planning

September 15, 2017

Brad Gallant participated in a CLE program entitled "What Every ACTEC Fellow Needs to Know About Special Needs Planning" at the Mid-Atlantic Fellows Meeting of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel that took place from September 15-17 in Long Branch, New Jersey. He attended the meeting as a representative of the ACTEC Executive Committee, on which he serves as a Member-at-Large. When the Fellows presenting heard Brad was present, they asked him to join their panel and he agreed to do so. His presentation, "The Choice of Trustees for Special Needs Trusts," discussed the complex and sometimes difficult process of selecting an appropriate fiduciary for a trust beneficiary with disabilities.
