The article examines the impact of the Supreme Court's decision in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission v. Electric Power Supply Association on each of the regions of the United States. The Court's decision reversed and remanded the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals decision holding that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission did not have jurisdiction over demand response. The article discusses what will happen in each region now that the Supreme Court has spoken.
