Day Pitney Author(s) Daniel E. Wenner

Dan Wenner wrote an article, "Dvorin And Prosecutorial Vindictiveness: A Hard Row To Hoe," for Law360. The article is about the significance of the decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in United States v. Dvorin, Nos. 15-10142 and 15-10183, 2016 WL 1085744, which affirmed Dvorin's conviction for bank fraud, but agreed that the forfeiture count arose from prosecutorial vindictiveness, and as a result vacated the forfeiture judgment.
