Eliza Sporn Fromberg is a Corporate partner in the New York office and a member of the investment management and private funds practice. She advises investment management clients, including investment advisers, broker-dealers, boutique investment banks, family offices, and hedge funds, on regulatory compliance, transactional, and general corporate matters. Her clients are typically family-owned or closely held businesses. Eliza received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Brown University and her J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law.
Rebecca A. Iannantuoni is an Individual Clients partner in the New Haven office. She represents fiduciaries, handles estate administration, and advises individuals and families regarding all aspects of estate planning with a particular focus on elder law and planning for persons with special needs. She received her B.A., with Departmental Honors from Manhattanville College and her J.D., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
Christopher A. (Chris) Klimmek is a Litigation partner in the Hartford office. He practices in the area of complex business disputes and has experience with trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. He has litigated a wide variety of claims, including breach of contract, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, successor liability, violations of state and federal securities laws, unfair trade practices, and false claims acts. Chris received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.
Carl A. Merino is an Individual Clients partner in the New York office focusing on international tax and estate planning. He represents U.S. and non-U.S. families and companies on a wide range of personal and business tax matters, including cross-border income and estate tax planning, corporate and partnership tax issues, and income taxation of trusts and estates. Working extensively in the international tax arena, Carl advises non-U.S. clients on tax-efficient investment structuring and U.S. clients on foreign investments and tax issues related to foreign trusts and closely held foreign companies. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the American Jewish University; his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law; and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
Jaclyn O'Leary is an Individual Clients partner in the Boston office. Her practice focuses in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration. She works with clients to implement comprehensive estate plans, and guides clients through estate administration, addressing any complex estate, trust, probate, and tax matters that may arise in the process. In addition, Jaclyn works with multi-generational families in administering family trusts and facilitating related transactions. She received her B.A. from Boston College and her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
