Jon Tropp, a partner at Day Pitney, was appointed to the Town Council's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Task Force for the Trumbull community. The council's mission is to help strengthen Trumbull's identity as a diverse, equitable and inclusive community. Tropp stated it was fatherhood that drove him to join the task force when his daughters started efforts a few months ago to address equity, diversity and inclusion in the Trumbull public schools. It was through this that he realized more work needed to be done.
