The four partners promoted in Connecticut are Erik A. Bergman, Andraya Pulaski Brunau, Lynn M. Fountain and Margaret St. John Meehan.
Bergman, in the investment management and private funds group in Stamford, represents investment advisers, funds and investors in fund structuring and formation, preparation and review of offering documents and marketing materials, general partner and investment manager formation and structuring, side letters and other investor agreements.
Brunau, in the intellectual property and technology group in Hartford, represents clients in intellectual property, commercial, tort and probate in federal and state courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Fountain, in the energy and utilities group in Hartford, advises clients on the development, financing, acquisition and divestiture of energy projects and distributed energy resources.
Meehan, in the trusts and estates group in Stamford, assists high net worth individuals and their families with estate planning and estate and trust administration.
Additional attorneys elevated to partner include Kritika Bharadwaj in New York, Justin M. Hannan and Jordana G. Schreiber in Boston, Erin Magennis Healy and Naju R. Lathia in New Jersey and Sarah B. Jacobson and Georgia A. Thompson in Miami.
