Michael Rave in the New Jersey Law Journal: "Getting Down To Business: The Work of State's Littlest Commission"

Florham Park partner, and New Jersey Senate appointee to the New Jersey Corporate and Business Law Study Commission, Michael Rave co-authored an article with Gwendolyn Yvonne Alexis, the appointee of former Gov. Jon Corzine to the commission and Monmouth University professor, in the July 12 New Jersey Law Journal. The article, titled, "Getting Down To Business: The Work of State's Littlest Commission," focuses on the commission's responsibilities and efforts, including the passing of seven new bills by the 2009-10 session of the New Jersey Legislature.
