Elizabeth "Beth" Alquist is a trial attorney who represents a broad range of business clients in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, noncompetition, and technology-related business disputes in federal and state courts, as well as the International Trade Commission (ITC), Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Beth has tried over a dozen cases to verdict.
Beth is the Chair of the Litigation Department and a member of the Executive Board. She is also the co-founder and past chair of Women Working Together (WWT®), the firmwide women's initiative; and past chair of the firm's Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
She served as law clerk to The Honorable Robert J. Callahan, Connecticut Supreme Court, 1994-1995.
