Jennifer Capone represents clients in complex commercial litigation with a focus on real estate and land use matters. In addition to zoning and real property disputes, her experience includes litigation involving wireless and cellular telecommunications, prerogative writ, riparian rights, quiet title, adverse possession, real property tax appeals, landlord-tenant disputes, and lease and contract matters. In her practice, Jennifer also counsels clients on contract issues, compliance, risk management, potential liabilities and other corporate matters.
