Ashley Picker Dubin works in the Commercial Litigation department and Discovery Practice Group. She is experienced in all phases of discovery, including management of vendor relationships, data analytics and mining, predictive coding, Technology Assisted Review (TAR), management of large-scale electronic and hard copy document review, data collection, dispositive motions, and trial preparation. Ashley has significant and extensive experience representing financial institutions, the aviation industry, and Fortune 500 companies in connection with internal investigations, government investigations, fraud, securities compliance, cross-border litigation, and antitrust matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ashley created an eDiscovery protocol for a boutique securities litigation firm. She was a legal intern to the U.S. Department of State and the Pro Se Staff Attorney for the U.S. District of Massachusetts.
