Nathaniel "Nate" Fleming assists client in complex commercial litigation matters. He regularly defends consumer lending institutions, such as mortgage lenders, as well as investors and loan servicers, in disputes filed by borrowers related to lending practices, debt collection practices, loan origination, loan servicing and enforcement actions. Nate has experience in commencing and defending actions on behalf of lenders in the New York trial and appellate courts.
Nate was a summer associate with Day Pitney from 2017 to 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Nate served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Devlin of the Connecticut Appellate Court and also interned with the Honorable Vanessa L. Bryant of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
