Thomas "Tom" Goldberg, the firm's Managing Partner, represents clients in a wide range of industry sectors in large, complex commercial litigation, including disputes involving shareholders and securities, bankruptcy, accountants' liability and real estate claims. His representative clients include Fortune 50 companies, Big 4 accounting firms, a major insurance company and other top-tier corporations.

Tom has considerable experience not only in bankruptcy litigation but in advising creditors, secured lenders, acquirers and other parties on insolvency issues. Among his recent engagements, Tom has represented members of the creditors' committees in major airline bankruptcy cases, including Delta Airlines and United Airlines.
Tom has long been involved with Connecticut Legal Services, the largest provider of pro bono legal services to low-income people in the state and recently completed a two-year term as chair of the board. He was law clerk to The Honorable Herbert J. Stern, U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey, 1979-1981.
