Amanda Gurren assists clients with real estate, environmental, energy and land use matters. This diverse mix provides her with a unique experience to understand how these separate, yet often interrelated practices interact.
In her real estate practice, Amanda handles commercial and residential transactions, including finance, leasing and acquisitions. She evaluates lessor/lessee liability under federal and state environmental laws and conducts environmental due diligence for the purchase and sale of environmentally-impacted real property.
Amanda has been engaged in the permitting and siting of renewable energy facilities, including preparing responses to agency-issued requests for proposals and assisting in the energy facilities application process. She has also assisted in the representation of government agencies in connection with grant and loan programs established to provide financial assistance and funding to both private and public entities.
During law school, Amanda interned for the American Bar Association Racial Justice Improvement Program.
