Erin Hodgson represents businesses in commercial litigation matters. She advises and represents clients in matters involving contracts, real estate, land use, and consumer protection in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. Erin also represents mortgage companies, loan servicers and other financial institutions in the defense of claims regarding loan servicing, loan origination, debt collection practices and unfair and deceptive trade practices. Erin’s appellate experience includes drafting many appellate briefs in New Jersey and New York appellate courts.
Erin was a Summer Associate with Day Pitney in 2017. She later clerked for the Honorable Walter F. Timpone, Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
