Brooke Luxenberg Kaplan represents buyers, sellers and developers in a wide range of real estate and land use matters. She represents non-profit and for-profit developers in major redevelopment projects throughout New Jersey, including utilizing governmental incentive programs, drafting tax exemption applications, negotiating financial agreements and coordinating complex real estate closings.
Brooke negotiates and drafts real estate contracts and documentation related to land use, including master leases, subleases, access agreements, declarations of easements and restrictions and license agreements. In addition, she drafts loan documentation for commercial real estate finance transactions including acquisition, construction and permanent mortgage financing, as well as asset-based finance transactions and loan modifications.
