Joshua Katz primarily represents businesses in complex contractual and other disputes.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, Joshua served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter G. Sheridan of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to that, his practice focused on representing lenders in complex litigation cases involving residential mortgage-backed securities, corporate law issues, and landlord-tenant issues.
Additionally, Joshua received a post graduate fellowship with the Honorable Ellen M. Coin of the New York Supreme Court. He also served as an intern in the offices of New York Governor David Paterson, the Kings County District Attorney, and the Honorable A. Kathleen Tomlinson, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
