Naju Lathia assists clients in a broad spectrum of areas, from litigating complex commercial matters in state and federal court to conducting sensitive internal and white-collar investigations. Naju also represents employers in a broad range of matters in state and federal court, including allegations of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and breach of contract. She is also able to provide criminal defense advice and representation to management when employees of clients are either accused of crimes or have crimes committed against them. Naju also has experience litigating product liability and tort matters.
Naju gained invaluable experience while she served as a Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Division of Criminal Justice, in its Financial & Computer Crimes Unit. In her role as a trial attorney, Naju prosecuted and tried cases involving computer crimes, money laundering and financial fraud. Additionally, she worked on cutting-edge technology issues with several large companies and investigated cases involving cloud hacking and cyber fraud.
Following graduation from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Naju clerked for the Honorable Joseph A. Paone, J.S.C., in Middlesex County, New Jersey.
