Erica S. Livingstone advises clients on a broad range of trademark, copyright and advertising matters. She assists clients in all stages of the trademark registration process, from clearing proposed marks, representing clients before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, and in enforcing and protecting domestic and international trademarks through cease-and-desist letters and negotiation of agreements. Her experience includes representing clients in the consumer goods, fashion and luxury goods, publishing and entertainment services industries, in trademark and copyright matters.
While in law school, Erica represented applicants through the Brooklyn Law School Safe Harbor Clinic in both asylum office interviews and immigration court proceedings for those seeking asylum, withholding of removal and relief under the Convention Against Torture Act.
