Successfully represented a large German automobile manufacturer at trial in a product liability lawsuit in the Superior Court of Hartford, where plaintiff alleged millions of dollars in damages due to an alleged defect in his automobile's rear-wheel brake assembly; judgment entered as a matter of law against the plaintiff and the case was dismissed
Successful represented an equipment manufacturer in patent infringement lawsuit brought by a non-producing entity in the Federal District Court for Eastern District of Texas; after briefing of motion to exclude plaintiff’s expert and summary judgment based on the obviousness of plaintiff’s patents, the case settled overwhelmingly in the client’s favor
