Delania Barbee assists clients with matters related to information technology and intellectual property. She has substantial experience drafting, negotiating and providing advice on agreements for the procurement of services, software and software-as-a-service.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, Delania worked in the Corporate Law Department of a Fortune 500 financial institution and served as a Judicial Extern to The Honorable Antonio C. Robaina, Presiding Judge, in the State of Connecticut Superior Court, Hartford Judicial District, Civil Division.
