J. "Bruce" Boisture advises business and not-for-profit clients with regard to major transactions, significant contract disputes, and financings, with a special emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures in the healthcare field. He has experience working with start-up companies and established companies, and in turn-around situations, in a wide variety of industries including banking, insurance, medical devices, consumer goods, data management and communications, and investment management.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Bruce served as the chief operating officer of a large private equity investment firm and as president of a publicly traded life insurance company, a start-up medical device company, an education data management company, and an industrial hydrogen technology company, as well as on several boards of directors.
