Mary Pat Brogan represents employers in traditional labor matters and employment-related disputes, including wage and hour claims, citations issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and disputes before the National Labor Relations Board. Mary Pat also provides advice and counsel to employers on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship, including discipline and terminations, equal employment opportunity compliance, and compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws.
While in law school, Mary Pat argued a case before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. At graduation, Mary Pat was awarded the Philip Joseph Privitera Commencement Award, which recognizes exceptional contributions through outstanding scholarship and commitment to service as well as to the work of the law.
