Kaitlin Canty, a civil litigator, represents clients in both state and federal court and at the agency level in all phases of complex commercial litigation, product liability and employment actions. She has successfully defended against a broad range of claims, including negligence, medical negligence, violations of the Connecticut Product Liability Act, strict liability, breach of warranty, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent supervision and employment discrimination claims. Kaitlin has also conducted internal investigations for large healthcare companies, financial services companies and educational institutions.
Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlin served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Beach of the Connecticut Appellate Court and was a summer associate with the firm.
