Matthew B. Danzer

Matthew Danzer focuses his practice on complex business disputes, government and internal investigations, and national security matters. He has experience with trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts and has represented clients in investigations by Congress, the Department of Justice, the SEC, and other federal and state entities, including preparing witnesses for interviews and depositions, responding to subpoenas, and negotiating favorable settlements.

Before joining the firm, Matthew served as a law clerk for the ​Honorable Gerard E. Lynch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and practiced at a law firm for two years in Washington, D.C.
