As Day Pitney's Chief Talent Officer, Alice De Lancey brings over 20 years of senior, HR management and leadership experience to lead the firm's recruitment, development and promotion of its diverse talent pool. She helps to design and oversee the firm's programs and initiatives to support the professional development of both attorneys and administrative staff, as well as plays key roles in the firm's retention and diversity initiatives.
Alice's HR experience includes several senior Human Resources roles at law firms, Ernst & Young and Bankers Trust Co. At Day Pitney, she develops and executes innovative and strategic integrated HR solutions and initiatives aligned with the priorities, objectives and branding of the firm. She leverages best practices and prior work experience with industry leaders to introduce programs that impact engagement, productivity and client service.
