Andrew Finan is an associate in the firm's Healthcare Law and Life Sciences practices. While in law school, Andrew interned with the Federal Trade Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission and Judge William J. Martini of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, he advised pharmaceutical and life sciences clients on various federal and state compliance and regulatory risks and assisted clients with developing programs to satisfy U.S. and global transparency reporting obligations, as well as assessed client's fulfillment of corporate integrity agreement obligations and compliance with internal policies.
