Jillian Hirsch helps individual and corporate trustees, beneficiaries and heirs resolve matters involving trusts, wills and other estate-related concerns. Jillian has extensive experience handling trust and will contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, contested accountings, actions involving reformation and termination of trusts, and guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. Jillian also has experience handling a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including those involving unfair and deceptive trade practices, securities, tortious interference, and complex product liability.

Represented former school superintendent at jury trial in defense of various tort and civil rights claims; following seven days of trial in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, obtained favorable settlement for client.
Successfully represented finance company at jury trial against claim by major insurance company for rescission of insurance policy; following bench trial, obtained favorable verdict against insurance company for unfair and deceptive trade practices and obtained damage award in excess of $3 million, including multiple damages and attorneys' fees; successfully argued appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit
