Anna Matsuo represents employers in workplace litigation, investigations, and provides preventive advice and counseling on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship. She has experience handling claims of employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wrongful discharge, retaliation, wage and hour violations, breach of contract and whistleblower violations. Anna represents public and private employers in proceedings in Connecticut and New York in state and federal courts and before all administrative agencies, including the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights & Opportunities, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunities Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights.
Anna also assists employers in preparing employee handbooks, workplace policies and employment agreements. She advises on compliance issues, employment terminations, reductions in force and employee issues.
