She has significant experience representing landlords and tenants in office, retail and industrial leasing projects of all sizes throughout Connecticut and the United States, including structuring, drafting and negotiating leases, work letters, amendments, subleases, assignments and licenses, and negotiating resolutions of landlord/tenant disputes. Martha has also represented individuals and entities in the acquisition, financing and sale of real property, including shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, golf courses and marinas.
