Bryan Orticelli is counsel in Day Pitney's Commercial Litigation department. Bryan practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation and business disputes, shareholder and securities litigation, class action defense, product liability and creditors' rights.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, Bryan served as law clerk to the Honorable F. Herbert Gruendel of the Connecticut Appellate Court and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Stefan R. Underhill of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. During law school, Bryan served as executive editor of the Connecticut Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board, the Mock Trial Society and the Criminal Trial Clinic.
