Maureen Pavely practices in the areas of commercial and employment litigation with experience in restrictive covenants, trade secrets, unfair competition, breach of duty of loyalty, shareholder and partnership disputes and dissolutions, and business fraud. She also has experience in drafting and counseling employers, employees, and others in the trade secret and restrictive covenant context. Maureen has successfully litigated a number of such cases in state court on behalf of employers and employees seeking injunctive and monetary relief in a wide variety of contexts.
Maureen has been involved with all phases of litigation, including management of large-scale discovery, dispositive motions, trial preparation and alternative dispute resolution. She has coordinated electronic and hard copy record collection and managed large-scale review projects in numerous complex litigation matters.
Maureen served as law clerk to The Honorable Herman D. Michaels, presiding judge, Appellate Division, Superior Court of New Jersey, 1991-1992.
