Debra Schulman represents buyers, sellers and developers in real estate matters. She has extensive experience representing individual homeowners and real estate developers in the acquisition, disposition and financing of residential real estate. Debra also assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of real estate contracts, option contracts, leases and loan documentation for residential and commercial real estate transactions. These transactions include purchases, construction and permanent mortgage financing, out sales, loan modifications and coordinating complex commercial and residential real estate closings. Debra has comprehensive experience reviewing title and surveys, and she works closely with title companies to resolve title issues. In addition, she regularly works with professionals in the real estate industry, including lenders, brokers, structural engineers, appraisers and land surveyors.
