Jennifer Palmer represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including bankruptcy disputes and creditors' rights matters.
Jennifer represents companies and individuals in federal and state court litigation, including claims involving securities, financial products, intellectual property, trade secrets, unfair trade practices, employment issues, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. In addition, Jennifer has experience handling complex Chapter 11 cases, and she also represents secured and unsecured creditors in contested matters and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy. She has served clients in a number of industries, including the finance, telecommunications, insurance, consumer products, energy, and pharmaceutical industries. She has also successfully represented claimants and respondents in international arbitration proceedings under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
Jennifer served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Charles P. Sifton of the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of New York. Before joining Day Pitney, she practiced law for several years in New York and Paris at a major international law firm. Jennifer is fluent in French and Spanish.

Represented Latin American respondent consortium in an International Chamber of Commerce arbitration involving a dispute under a sales agreement
Represented French respondent in an International Chamber of Commerce arbitration involving a dispute over a post-closing purchase price adjustment
Represented art collector in proceedings for New York discovery in connection with art fraud proceedings in France and Norway
