William "Bill" Pezzoni concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate development, commercial lending and equity financing, real estate law, zoning, permitting and regulation including wetlands, energy, utility and land use compliance. He assists clients with site assessment, due diligence, purchase, sale, financing and development of commercial, industrial, multi-family, retail, mixed-use and residential properties, energy and utility infrastructure and projects; commercial and retail leasing, leasebacks and business planning; and title insurance and litigation support for title issues.
Bill also works in the areas of corporate law, finance, commercial banking, business planning, energy and litigation support; and as an approved Massachusetts Bond Counsel represents lender's and borrower's for Tax Exempt and Recovery Zone Facility Bonds, other tax exempt revenue bonds and general obligation bonds. He is an issuing agent and provides title support for First American Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title.
Bill is a founding member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Marlborough Economic Development Corporation; Private Sector Chair of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the 495 Partnership; and a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and its Economic Development Committee.
